The Hekariths app uses LevelPlay (IronSource) to display advertisements. LevelPlay may collect and use the device’s advertising ID to provide personalized ads, measure performance, and limit ad frequency.

We do not collect personal information such as name, email, or contact details directly. All data related to advertisements is processed exclusively by LevelPlay/IronSource and its partners, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

This app also integrates the Google Play Age Signals API, in compliance with the Brazilian ECA Digital (Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente Digital). This API only provides the user’s age range, without revealing personal data. The information received is not stored, shared, or used to modify the gameplay experience, and is implemented solely to meet legal requirements for child and adolescent protection in Brazil.

Hekariths has been rated “Everyone” worldwide and follows the guidelines of the COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), ensuring that no personal data from children is collected, stored, or shared.
